What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, organisation, email address, role and whatever you choose to tell us about your situation. We do not take payment details through this website.
How the form works
Our contact form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form processor, which passes your submission to us by email. Your details are transmitted to that service purely to deliver the message.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to assess whether we can help, and to maintain records for conflict checks. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for marketing.
Confidentiality
Information shared during an enquiry, an engagement, or an acquisition or succession discussion is treated as confidential. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement before any substantive conversation.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for three years. Engagement records are kept for seven, in line with professional and tax obligations.
Your rights
You may request a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Write to privacy@reddrake.com.
