01
Diagnose before deciding
The most common way strategy work fails is jumping to the answer before doing the honest diagnostic. We will not recommend a direction until there is evidence behind it, however impatient the room.
02
Own what we advise
Every method we sell is one we run in our own businesses. If it does not survive contact with our own payroll, it does not go to a client.
03
Long horizons
We hold what we buy. No fund life, no exit clock, no pressure to manufacture a sale in year five. That changes which decisions are worth making.
04
Measure or drop it
Every initiative leaves with an owner, a date and a number. Anything that cannot be measured does not make it onto the roadmap.
05
Say the difficult thing early
If the work will not help, or the timing is wrong, we say so in week two rather than delivering something billable and quiet.
